INCOME AND EXPENSE INSTRUCTIONS:  THE INCOME AND EXPENSES TO BE USED ARE FROM CALENDAR YEAR 2022.

All property owners must file the following signed cover letter with their FY 2024 submission:  

• Cover Letter

All Commercial and Industrial Properties file the following income statement unless completely OWNER-OCCUPIED:

• C&I Income Statement
• Annual Expenses for All Property Uses

All Apartment owners (4 units or greater) file the following income statement:

• Apartment Income Statement

All Mixed Use (Commercial/Industrial & Residential) file the following income statement unless completely OWNER-OCCUPIED:

• Mixed-Use Income Statement                                               

Non-completely Owner-Occupied Complete Submission:

• Cover Letter
• Appropriate Income Statement
• Expense Statement

Completely Owner-Occupied Complete Submission:

• Cover Letter
• Expense Statement

      FINES:

                                        $250 for Commercial-Industrial and Mixed-Use Primarily Commercial and Industrial.

                                        $50 for Apartments 4 Units and Higher and Mixed-Use Primarily Residential.
