Registry of Deeds

Register of Deeds William P. O'Donnell, will speak about the Registry's Community Outreach initiatives and programs.  These programs are offered to Norfolk county residents.

Registry staff will be onsite to assist residents.  They can check the status of a mortgage discharge, print a copy of a deed or any other land record document, and provide information and forms regarding the Declaration of Homestead.  By filing a Declaration of Homestead form your primary residence is protected against unsecured debt up to $500,000.
