1. Partial Road Closures – Page Street, Joanna Road and Lothrop

 

Beginning on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2023 THROUGH WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2023 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7AM AND 3PM, SLT

Construction Corp. will be performing work at the intersection of PAGE STREET AND JOANNA ROAD. This work is in connection with the Hills Estates Residential Development. Traffic impacts will be a one-lane traffic along PAGE STREET BETWEEN BRUCE STREET AND FREEMAN STREET. Access to JOANNA ROAD AND LOTHROP DRIVE will be

limited to RESIDENTS ONLY and school, mail, trash/recycling and deliveries. Delays due to traffic should be expected, please take appropriate steps to prepare.

This water line work will then continue down to the end of Joanna Road.  Local access for vehicles, pedestrians, schools, mail trash/recycling and deliveries to Joanna Road & Lothrop Drive will remain open during the installation of 2 new water mains. Traffic impacts will include one-lane traffic in the area construction activities and access to driveways during construction times may be temporarily affected. Construction is expected to last 3-4 weeks. Delays due to construction should be expected, please take appropriate steps to prepare.

 

2.Limited Water Service Disruption – Tuesday and Wednesday

(If additional streets are required to be shut down, we will be delivering notices to those affected)

 

Note: All homes in the area, whether shut down or not, may notice some discoloration to your water. We recommend you run your cold water until it is clear before consumption or doing laundry.
