Do I need to meet with the Planning Board?

Residential — Submission of project under:

  • Subdivision Control;
  • Form A;
  • ANR (approval not required).

Site Plan Review — Requires a special permit in watershed protection district:

  • Commercial, Business and Industrial;
  • Site Plan Review is required for any and all construction or alterations of buildings, drainage, paving or improvement to nay lot.
