Currently, the site exists of a parcel of land located at 253 Page St, Avon, MA located assessors map C6 BLOCK 1, Plot 4. The site is located in the residential B zone and surrounded by residential homes. There are wetlands located toward the back of the site and has been delineated by Brad Holmes of Environmental Consulting & Restoration, LLC of Plymouth, MA.

The proposed development consists of 24 single family homes with 6 homes (25%) being designated as affordable for qualified buyers. The development is set in a rural area with residential community around the site.
