Library HVAC Replacement Project

The Town of Avon is looking for quotes for the installation of a new properly sized gas fired warm air furnace with an AFUE of 95% for the Avon Public Library, located at 280 W. Main Street. This includes dismantling old oil furnace and tank and removing. This will include installation of any additional duct work connections, installation of new gas line back to meter bar and any other necessary work related to do startup. 

The quote should include all wiring, outside of any new service upgrades if necessary.  At completion, the new unit will be tested adjusted and left ready to operate automatically.  The estimated cost of this project is around $19,000.  This is a prevailing wage job and rates are available by clicking here.
