Notice to Contractors - Seeking Quotes for Avon Housing Rehabilitation Projects
The Avon Housing Rehabilitation program is seeking quotes for three housing rehabilitation projects at 65 West High St, 10 Freeman St. and 3 Lothrop Drive, respectively, in Avon, MA. If you are an interested contractor, please read the information below carefully and direct all questions to AvonHR@capital-strategic-solutions.com


Additional project information is available upon request. There will be three site walkthroughs and an opportunity for additional questions from interested contractors at the times indicated on Saturday, January 20, 2024.


All price quotes should be emailed using the required bid forms to: AvonHR@capital-strategic-solutions.com by the close of business on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
