FY2024 3rd and 4th Quarter Tax Bill Mailing

The Treasurer-Collector and Assistant Tax Collector wish to inform Town of Avon taxpayers that their next Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills will be mailed on December 29, 2023.  All bills include two remittance stubs for payments due on February 1, 2024 and May 1, 2024 respectively.  If you do not receive your bill by the end of the first week of January, contact the Treasurer-Collector’s Office immediately.

Bills can be paid on-line starting December 7, 2023 and contain the same information as your paper invoice.

- Note 1: Some taxpayer bill numbers may change from the preliminary to actual bills, if you are paying online and find your bill number now corresponds to a different taxpayer, let us know immediately so we can give you the updated bill number
- Note 2: Unpaid FY2024 amounts are now rolled into the balance due on February 1, 2024, and interest is calculated to the 3rd quarter due date
- Note 3: Payments made in-person after December 5 are not reflected on the printed bills being sent December 29.  If you have a question about what you owe for 3rd Quarter, please contact our office directly
