To participate
· Anyone over 9 years of age can receive a flu shot.
· The High Dose flu shot is available for anyone over 65 years old.
· You do not have to be an Avon resident to receive a shot.
· No appointment needed.
· Bring an updated insurance card with you. For anyone 65 years old or older, bring Medicare Part B card.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
· All insurance carriers are accepted.
· There is no cost if you have insurance, you MUST bring your insurance card.
· Out of pocket cost is $36.88 for the Quadrivalent, $81.76 for the High Dose.
